On our trip to Skagen yesterday we found this cute sign for the van.
“Kaffebar” is danish for Coffee bar.
According to German law you must have a stationary kitchen or else you can’t register it as a camper van. We have an induction plate, but we can only use it when the car is hooked up to electricity, which we never are, so we are going to cover it up, but in a way so it is easy to show at inspection.
We made a frame of wooden lists and on top we fitted a fake leather placemat.
