Ribeye on the Skotti.
We made hashbrowns in the Omnia and we used the ‘perforated oven tray’ and it works just perfect – they were perfectly crisp. We also tried the new ‘upper oven rack’ for cooking in two layers.
After dinner we took a bath, cleaned the mobilhome and sat down and watched a bit of tv before bed.
