Day two and we continue to explore this great city. We just had to go and get coffee at Cafe NONA, because the interior is just stunning. The green marble is just amazing. We grabbed a pizza for dinner and went exploring, while Manu and Sonja went to one of the local restaurants for dinner….

This year we decided to spend Christmas in Alsace and we booked a mobilhome in Neuf Brisach. Pure relaxation and absolutely no stress – just good food, winetastings, boardgames and some sightseeing in the local area.
Sylvenstein area is our goal today. Lunch at Sylvenstein Speicher. On our way back we passed a local dairy farm and we just had to stop and get some local cheese 🙂 They also had some liqueur from a local distillery. Evening coffee before driving back home.
One last meet up with friends before our vacation is over. We tried out the cookies again and this time we had better luck and ended up with a full batch of eatable cookies 😀
We started the day with a visit to Rosenbeck Frilandskød a farmshop with pork and beef products. Lunch in Frederikshavn. Coffee at Jerup strand. Some bird photography at the beach in the evening sun.
Some family members that live in Spain came for a visit and we spend some days with them. We went on a tasting of local rum and gin, fires up the barbecue and went on a bike ride to the beach.
We are meeting up with some friends for a BBQ and some photography. Its rut season and we were lucky to see some amazing animals.
Today we went to Thorup strand and the plan was to eat lunch at the beach, but there was to many people. Instead we went by the smoke house and bought some fish for dinner. Sandwich break with a view. On the way back we stopped at a local farm shop for some vegetable.
Mette’s parents are going away for a few days, so we did some garden work for them while they were gone. Taking a break. We went and had dinner at the beach and enjoyed the sunset.
