Our last day in Austria and we are just relaxing at the terrace. For lunch we made toast with pesto, ham, cheese and tomatoes. Mads made his famous apple crumble – nomnomnom! For dinner we made risotto. The dessert was of course fresh baked apple crumble 🙂

Our second day in Austria is spend exploring new places. We have been coming in this area for over 10 years. Hörfeld Moor is a great area for birdwatching and hiking. The next stop was Dürnberger Moor – not quiet as interesting, but not a complete waste of time. Today dinner was smoked salmon 😉

Spontaneous bbq with Steffi and Florian. Sausages on Florians Skotti grill. Chicken wings on our Skotti grill and we made a quick pasta salad. We didn’t have any bowls in the van so we did the pasta salad in the bucket for dishes 😀

Agger tange in Thy National park is a great place for birdwatching. After some birdwatching we found a spot where we could make dinner. Sausages and potato salad from “Slagter Munch” in Skagen. While Mads packed up the grill, Mette did the dishes 😉

Today we went to Skagen. It’s a great place and we haven’t been for there for I think 15 years. Skagen grey lighthouse, or just Skagen Lighthouse – is 46 meters high and the second highest lighthouse in Denmark. You can climb it’s 210 steps and enjoy a fantastic view over the area.
