Weekend in Austria part II.
Our second day in Austria is spend exploring new places. We have been coming in this area for over 10 years. Hörfeld Moor is a great area for birdwatching and hiking. The next stop was Dürnberger Moor – not quiet as interesting, but not a complete waste of time. Today dinner was smoked salmon 😉

Spontaneous bbq with Steffi and Florian. Sausages on Florians Skotti grill. Chicken wings on our Skotti grill and we made a quick pasta salad. We didn’t have any bowls in the van so we did the pasta salad in the bucket for dishes 😀
Agger tange.
Agger tange in Thy National park is a great place for birdwatching. After some birdwatching we found a spot where we could make dinner. Sausages and potato salad from “Slagter Munch” in Skagen. While Mads packed up the grill, Mette did the dishes 😉
First bbq of the year.
We are enjoying the beautiful spring weather with at trip to Forstenrieder park with a couple of friends. After a long walk in the forest we went and found us a quiet place for some lunch. Turkey skewers and pasta salad – it’s so easy on the go. Later coffee – of course 😛

Last chance to meet up with friends before the new year, so we arranged a brunch by Hollerner see in Eching. We made scrambled eggs, bacon and cheese filled sausage and we brought bagels, smoked salmon and freshly squeezed orangejuice. We ended the day with some hot cocoa with whipped cream.

We met up with Florian and Steffi at Pullinger weiher for lunch. Florian got some new coffee gear for Christmas that we also had to test 😉 We made some pickled red onions and cucumber that goes so well with hotdogs. The line at the butcher was so long due to the new year celebration…

We took Viggo for our first bbq today and invited one of our friends for a late lunch. Chicken wings and a pasta salad. We ended the afternoon with coffee and some birdwatching.
