Our last day in Austria and we are just relaxing at the terrace. For lunch we made toast with pesto, ham, cheese and tomatoes. Mads made his famous apple crumble – nomnomnom! For dinner we made risotto. The dessert was of course fresh baked apple crumble

Today we went to Skagen. It’s a great place and we haven’t been for there for I think 15 years. The making of a shelf.
We have decided to make a shelf in one of the cabinets for more storage. It is a pretty simple solution and if we at one point don’t need it anymore, then we can easily take it out. Every millimeter counts
