Our last day in Austria and we are just relaxing at the terrace. For lunch we made toast with pesto, ham, cheese and tomatoes. Mads made his famous apple crumble – nomnomnom! For dinner we made risotto. The dessert was of course fresh baked apple crumble 
Our second day in Austria is spend exploring new places. We have been coming in this area for over 10 years. Hörfeld Moor is a great area for birdwatching and hiking. The next stop was Dürnberger Moor – not quiet as interesting, but not a complete waste of time. Today dinner was smoked salmon

We have decided to make a shelf in one of the cabinets for more storage. It is a pretty simple solution and if we at one point don’t need it anymore, then we can easily take it out. Every millimeter counts
